Return and Refund
The following product replacement procedures are only
applicable to products sold online. Products purchased from any retailer must
follow the retailer's product replacement and warranty procedures.
Under normal circumstances, within 7 working days from the
receipt of order by the user, if there is any problem or failure of the goods,
the user can choose to replace or repair the same model after testing by the
company's technicians and confirming that it is a machine/genuine problem. The
company is not responsible for the freight fee of replacement, and the freight fee
shall be borne by the customer. If the product of the same model is sold out or
out of stock, you can exchange it for another product at the same price.
Product warranty terms
Within 12 months from the date, RHT Industries Ltd. will
provide Hong Kong customers with free maintenance and warranty services. This
warranty is subject to the following terms:
1.When customer enjoy the free maintenance and warranty
service, customer must present the original purchase invoice (or other proof of
purchase) to confirm the information, otherwise the company has the right to
refuse to provide any maintenance and warranty services.
2.This service is only valid under normal conditions of use
of the product.
3.Under reasonable circumstances, the company has the right
to choose to repair or replace the accessories or the damaged parts.
4.Filter cartridges are not covered by the product warranty.
5.During the warranty period, the product must be
transported by the user to our company's maintenance center for maintenance,
and the relevant transportation costs are responsible of the user.
6.The warranty will be null and void in the following
situation:
1.The purchase invoice has any non-approved deletions
2.The product has been modified or installed with any
accessories by not approved third party.
3.The serial number has been altered, destroyed or deleted
without authorization
4.Products are resold or transferred to others
The warranty does not include:
1.all
shipping costs
2.Non-supplied accessories or any auxiliary devices (such as
light bulbs, plastic or wear parts, etc.) (Note 1)
3.Man-made damage (such as improper power supply,
installation not approved by the company, operation not in accordance with the
instructions, negligent use, etc.)
4.Any damage caused by natural disasters or man-made
accidents (including transportation and others)
1.Our company will not be liable for any direct or indirect
losses caused by product failure.
2.This warranty applies to the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region.
3.Any terms are subject to change without prior notice.
4. RHT Industries Ltd. reserves the right of final decision
on all disputes.

individual products, please refer to the warranty instruction on the product.
Product Replacement Procedure
The following product replacement procedures are only
applicable to products sold online. Products purchased from any retailer must

1. Request for replacement by email
You must submit a request for replacement of product by
e-mail within 7 working days from the date of receipt, and send the replacement
request to, and indicate your name, contact number, e-mail address, and
delivery address in the e-mail. courier), invoice/online invoice number, product
model and reason for replacement, if necessary, please attach photos to
explain. (Note: Replacement requests must meet all conditions listed in the
Product Replacement Policy)
2. Obtain the "Product Replacement Reference
Number"
After our company accepts your replacement request, our
staff will reply to you as soon as possible and give you a "Replacement
Reference Number".
3. Return the replacement product to our company
Return the product to our company within 5 working days after
receipt of the "Replacement Reference Number".
You can choose:
(a) Bring the replacement product in person
Customers must present the invoice/online invoice number and
the "Replacement Reference Number" and bring the product to Rm
B, 2/F, Goodwill Industrial Building, No. 36-44 Pak Tin Par Street, Tsuen Wan, NT,
Hong Kong during office hours
(b) Return the returned product to the company through
express
If it is delivered by express, please clearly indicate the
"Replacement Reference Number" on the consignment, so that the company
can arrange for the replacement of the product to the customer. Please note
that the company does not accept freight collect mail.
The delivery address for the replacement of the product is: Rm B, 2/F, Goodwill Industrial
Building, No. 36-44 Pak Tin Par Street, Tsuen Wan, NT, Hong Kong Note: -
The replacement product must be returned to the company together with its
complete packaging materials (including outer box, styrofoam, support paper,
plastic bag, etc.). – When the company officially receives the replacement product,
the replacement will be arranged. The filter element of the product will be
returned to the original and will not be replaced. Customers can choose whether
to send the filter element back. – The company reserves the right to make the
final decision on exchange.
Warranty Maintenance Terms
The following product replacement procedures are only
applicable to products sold online. Products purchased from any retailer must

1.All goods purchased on this website, whether local or
overseas, are subject to the Hong Kong Warranty Terms.
2.Warranty period is 12 months.
3.Product maintenance and shipping arrangements:
Hong Kong local orders
Within 7 days of purchase: customer return and exchange the product
in person or be responsible for the freight, and our company will replace them
immediately or inspect and repair them free of charge.
During the warranty period (7 days after purchase): the
customer will return the goods in person or be responsible for the freight, and
the company will inspect and repair them free of charge. (The warranty terms
are listed in the product warranty terms)
After the warranty period: the customer is responsible for
the freight, inspection and maintenance costs (HKD$300).
