Delivery policy
You can choose delivery service or self pick-up.
1. Self Pick-up
If you choose to pick up your order, we will notify you the pick-up time within 5-7 working days after receiving the order. Customer should bring their "Online Purchase Invoice" (Note: not "Order Confirmation Notice") to pick up your order at

2. Delivery Service
**Free shipping for orders over HK$250, additional shipping
fee of $30 for orders under $250**
Delivery Time
If you choose the delivery service, we will inform you the
delivery time within 3 working days and deliver the order to the customer
within 14 days after receiving the order.
Home delivery service is applicable to commercial and
residential areas in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, extended areas
[Lantau area (Tung Chung / Discovery Bay / Chek Lap Kok / Hong Kong Disneyland
/ Mui Wo / Pui O / Cheung Sha / Tong Fuk / Shek Pik / Ngong Ping/Tai O), Ma
Wan], an additional shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged.
If the customer fails to collect the goods within the agreed
delivery time, our company will arrange for another delivery and charge the
customer an additional delivery fee.
All additional fees, administration fees and storage fees
will be collected by the shipping personnel upon the delivery. Customer should
pay in cash.
Remarks:
1.For non-local delivery, the shipping fee is defaulted to
collect on delivery.
2.For those Buildings or village houses without elevators, customer
will be subject to an additional surcharge of HK$50 per storey.
3.Delivery service does not include outlying islands and
restricted areas. The street of the delivery address must allow parking.
4.Delivery service will be postponed or suspended when the
typhoon signal No.8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this
event customers will be contacted for rearrangement.
Confirmation of receipt notice
1.When placing an order, please provide the recipient's
receipt address and contact number, and check the ID card when signing.
2.When you receive the goods, please inspect the goods on
the spot, check whether the outer packaging is intact, the type and quantity of
the goods are consistent with the order and confirm the amount information in
the shopping receipt. Before signing the receipt, the customer cannot open the
box for inspection. The courier will leave after the customer signs for the
receipt and cannot wait for the start-up trial.
3.If the recipient fails to sign for the receipt in person, they
can entrust another person to sign for the receipt, and strictly follow the
second item of "Signing Instructions".
4.After signing, if the product has quality problems, such
as functional failure. Please contact the customer service center immediately.
5. If the order has not enough information onto delivery recipient, which caused the order retaining for five days. Our customer service will contact you by email directly. This order will be returned warehouse if you do not reply upcoming 5 days. Shipping fee is not refundable.
