NCCO Nano Confined Catalytic Oxidation is a unique, cutting-edge air treatment technology.
NCCO was developed by RHT Industries Ltd., a partner company of Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, in cooperation with members of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Program.
The core structure of this unique air treatment technology is an active oxygen generator and a reaction layer. The active oxygen released by the active oxygen generator can effectively kill bacteria and viruses, and at the same time can destroy the molecular structure of harmful chemicals.
The reaction layer is composed of many granular catalysts with the same volume. These components are catalysts of artificial minerals. They contain nanotubes composed of transition metals, which can effectively lock pollutants and combine with the active oxygen released by the active oxygen generator. , which can quickly and completely decompose harmful pollutants into harmless water and carbon dioxide.
Since NCCO focuses on adsorption and decomposition rather than only adsorption of pollutants, there is no secondary pollution problem, and the filter has a longer service life. The laboratory has proved that it can be used for up to 12 years, maintaining efficiency in the long run.
